Headache all day

I am not feeling well, I have headache all day long it started since morning. Even though I have tried take nap but I can still feel the pain. I don't have headache last time when I have my menstrual period. Today is my first day of menstrual period and I have terrible headache. I still need to find out if it is menstrual period because it is not much. There was a time I had the brown spots for a day.
