Disney On Ice Masterclass@Sunway Pyramid Ice

It was a great time I saw the kids having fun with Disney On Ice Masterclass, you can check out the album at my Facebook Fan Page, click on the link to view. This was last Thursday in the evening where children's parents are excited too to see them ice skating and learning the same time.

This was a part of the four days event which kicked off from February 16 to promote Disney On Ice, from two days of masterclass where children enjoy ice skating and received the first hand tips and learning from the professional skaters who are part of the Disney On Ice at Sunway Pyramid Ice. Last weekend was the Meet & Greet sessions with selected Disney Stars!

 18 adorable children aged from 4 years old to 12 years old took part in the Disney On Ice Masterclass.  Say no more I feel like a kid again, I want to go ice skating too. My eldest son missed ice skating too, he has not skate for few years. He didn't follow me the evening as he's having tuition. But I am glad to share him the video and photos I have taken. Now let's make an unforgettable memories for our kids, how about bring them to watch The Wonderful World Of Disney On Ice together.

Free ice skating tickets@Sunway Pyramid

Yesterday I bring my nephew and son to Sunway Pyramid for ice skating. My sister-in-law and her daughter go for window shopping. Earlier I bought the online voucher for ice skating membership which free three tickets. I signed up for myself and my son as both of us are member now and we have got the membership card.

The free tickets for ice skating only two tickets for each membership for ice skating. The third ticket will be on the day of birth day! I used free ice skating tickets for myself, my nephew and son. The gloves cost RM8 at the ice skating entrance counter, so you better go Daiso to purchase just RM5. Lucky I bring along my gloves and my son's gloves and socks! If you are not going to ice skating you want go inside to wait you need to pay for entrance fee. There is choice of one entry or unlimited entry for visitor, you just need to pay for it.

There is a food stall near the entrance so yon purchase the food and drink there. The mashed potato with a drink cost RM5, the medium size hot dog cost RM4.50 with or without bread is your choice. My son had two sets of mashed potato with orange juice.

I asked the counter inside regarding the photoshoot of ice skating, I want to know the range of price. The staff is not helpful at all he keeps saying there is package to choose from and unable to tell me the price of package.

If you are going to ice skating at Sunway Pyramid, go purchase online ticket because now there is RM5 off from now until 30 April, 2012.

Ice Skating for mommy and son

How is everyone doing, how was your weekend? I had a great time with my son yesterday, it is his first time to go ice skating. I am thrill to skate with him, it is my fprth time to go ice skating my first time, second time and third time were during my 20s. He is so scare of falling down he grabbed hold of the side glass tightly, he is not alone many beginner that does not know how to skate do the same.

Ice skating is a fun sport, last time I went ice skating with my dear and brother. It was so funny to see the way my brother skate, he is like walking on the ice instead of skate. It is not funny when seeing another person fall down at ice skating rink. I saw some people are good in ice skating, they have purchase the ice skating shoes too.

During the weekend the price for a ticket is RM20, I need to purchase two tickets for myself and my son. I also pay RM4 twice for the big locker because first time I forgot to retrieve the gloves from my bag. We were they nearly noon time and when we decided to go for the ice rink we were stopped because the shoes are not tight enough and they also need to clean the ice rink. If you are not going for ice skating you want to go inside and see you need to pay RM2 per entry. The gloves are selling at RM5 each pair, I have bought mine and son from Daiso. You need to bring your own socks too if not you will need to purchase them. I saw a girl purchase a ticket, a pair of gloves and socks she needs to pay RM33.

I saw a mommy ice skating with her little girl, it is so fun and I know she is good in ice skating. I am not good with ice skating still learning and I also teach my son not to hold the side for so long. Yesterday is indeed fun time for mommy and son, in fact we have got free parking at Sunway Pyramid. The free parking at Sunway Pyramid was on Saturday and Sunway which limit 2000 tickets only. We are so lucky to be among them, when we are out from car park I saw there is no guy standing there to give free ticket anymore, that time is around 5pm.

I spend RM40 for two tickets, RM8 for using the locker twice, almost forgot I bought some food and drink there while waiting for the ice rink to clean up.

Ice Skating at Sunway Pyramid

I was there with my friend and we enjoy seeing people ice skating there. The shopping mall during weekday is less people than the weekends.

This was the day my friend very happy to shop for her plus size clothes at Jusco. She found many clothes suitable for her.
