Movie Review: Maleficent

Today I brought my mom for movie, yeah just mom and daughter day's out. We have good time together, she wanted to watch movie and we decided to watch Maleficient. It's true love, do you think true love exist?


When comes to true love, what comes to mind? Girlfriend and boyfriend type of true love?

Who likes to watch Sleeping Beauty? Angeline Jolie is the Maleficient in the movie, she's the angel with wings. She loves nature and she falls in love with a human. He's boy then and she was a girl, he stole something that he's not supposed to, then she ask him to return it. But he's stealing more than just thing, it's her heart. Stefan an orphan, he told Maleficient that he wants to live in the palace. He was living in the barn.

So what happened if Stefan success being a King? Find out what's he going to do to become one!


What happened if someone missed use the love of the other? It would feel heart broken, right?

One used another's one love to achieve his/her dream.

All these feelings, you'll find in this movie. It's touching and meaningful movie that almost make us cry.

It's interesting movie to watch with children, the movie is PG13. I'm glad mom enjoy the movie.

Edge of Tomorrow movie review

Yesterday is the last day of school, where school holiday starts. The night where mother and son go for a movie. Movie night just the two of us, I won two passes and so excited to go IMAX 3D in TGV Sunway Pyramid. The last time we step into IMAX 3D in TGV Sunway Pyramid was last year.

About the movie Edge of Tomorrow where Tom Cruise the actor as Cage, he live, die, repeat in the movie. This movie is PG13, we got excited watching it from start to the end of movie.

What happened if you have the chance to go back in time to fix things? What would you do? I am not able to count how many times Cage live, die, repeat. Part of the movie contains comedy, you'll see to find out.

Son told me he likes the movie very much, there was time he try closed his ears.

The part of the movie where everyone suits up in machines suit reminds me of Alien 2.

Moview Review: Parental Guidance *must watch*

I watched the movie Parental Guidance 2012; it was special screening at MBO Subang Parade at Hall 7. It is funny movie for us and there is rude behaviour in the movie so you may find this movie may not suitable for kids below 13 years old. This movie is rated PG13 which mean it need parental accompany to watch and yeah my son enjoy the movie even though some parts of it he is not understand.

Grandpa Artie got fired from his work and he does not have anything to do. His daughter Alice looking for someones to look after her three children because she wants to go on a trip with her husband. When her parents agree to take care of her children, she is quite worry. The children prefer another grandparents not them. By the way the children don't eat sugar at all, so you may find it quite disturbing when see the kids having the cake.

This is comedy movie; I find the funny part is Grandpa Artie needs to sing song to his grandchild named Barker so that he can poop in the public toilet. Grandpa Artie puts papers on the seating toilet bowl but he refused to sit on it. Barker ended up seating on his lap, Barker finally poop when he listen Artie sang the song with his imaginary friend kangaroo named with it. :D The men in the toilet enjoy his Artie song so much right after he sang the song, they ask him if he could sing again. We have a good laugh there; you got to see it yourself!

The imaginary frined Kangaroo died in the end because got hit by the taxi driver when Artie trying to save Barker from being hit by the taxi as he was running toward the road.

It is a good movie if you have teenager to watch with you. I saw other parents with their teens to watch this movie. Bear in mind this comedy movie mixed of rude behaviour if you don't like rude behaviour you can miss out this movie.
