Watsons Move Your Body Zumba

I attended the official launched of Watsons Move Your Body Zumba!

Watsons Malaysia initiated its biggest fitness campaign to-date, entitle 'Move Your Body - Zumba', a follow up to last year's phenomenal success of its first edition of 'Move Your Body'.

 Watsons Malaysia is launching its second edition of edition of 'Move Your Body' campaign this year with bigger and better programmes for the community. This year, Watsons has chosen Zumba as it is packed with fun fusion of dance moves that provides a total body workout, burns huge calories, boosts metabolism and improves cardiovascular health. It is a workout for all ages and is a great activity to release stress. In fact, Zumba today is the largest growing art form for the health in the world!

 More than 10,000 people expected to join Watsons 'Move Your Body' in Padang Kota Lama Penang on 7 June 2015 (Sunday) in an attempt to break the Malaysia Book of Records for the largest participation in a Zumba event.

Among the major activities/promotions held from 30 April 2015 to 7 June 2015 are:

1. 'Move Your Body - Zumba' music video with My FM popular announcers Jack Lim and Jeff Chin, which includes Zumba dance tutorial by Zumba Fitness instructor Deno Au

• Insta-video contest whereby contestants can submit their health and fitness regime to win exciting prizes and 'Move Your Body- Zumba' event tickets
• Exciting merchandises

3. 'Move Your Body - Zumba' Rewards Pack with additional discounts and freebies would be given in stores at all Watsons nationwide, with RM80 purchase

4. My FM radio cruisers would be teaching the public the 'Move Your Body - Zumba' moves

Avene Skin Health Beauty Workshop

Last month I attended the Avene Skin Health Beauty Workshop. I am very happy to attend the workshop again, some more it is located in Sunway Resort which is nearer for me to attend. As you can see the above picture, that's where I sit and waiting to try out the Avene products after the speaks.

Dr. Chu Siew Mun is dermatologist. He explains on causative factors of acne

• Increased Sebum Production
• Blockage of Sebaceous Dusts due to increased cornification of sebaceous ducts.
• Presence of Bacteria, mainly Propinipacterium acnes
• Mediators of inflammation eg. leukotrienes.

Dr. Chu Siew Mun also explains on food diet, is it Taboo foods are delectable and delicious for the adoloscent palate eg. chocolate, spicy food, nuts, cheese and soft drinks. His advice is eat moderately. There's no scientific proof that eating the taboo foods can caused acne, advice is eat them moderately. 

Dr. Chu Siew Mun receive a token of appreciation from Avene after the worskhop. 

The workshop has Avene expert Ms. Anne-Charlotte Jakubczak (PFDC Asia Pacific Training Manager). I have a good time hands on using the products which suitable for my skin. Picture above of me after using the mask with Avene Spring Water.

This afternoon I was in Watsons for a while and I saw there is free gift available, it is Pepper Spray Beautiful You. It is free for you if you purchase RM30 of the products in a single receipt. Anyway I purchased two bottle of Clear Shampoo for my son.

Just for your info, if you like to purchase the Clear Shampoo head to Guardian, it is cheaper there! No kidding I only know this after haul in Watsons! RM11 in Guardian for Clear Shampoo but it's small bottle not the size I bought in Watsons. My son likes the Ice Cool Menthol, so cooling on his hair.

Avene workshop is rewarding!

 Good afternoon everyone, how are you doing? I wanted to upload picture at my blog about Avene workshop. Sadly to say I have used up the storage space, I click the link to find out more and they charge on using more spaces! Yeah it is monthly plan and means need to pay monthly! So you see I cannot upload many pictures to share with you. I received the RM20 during registration also the mystery gift upon entrance. You don't want miss out any update from Avene on Facebook.

Early morning I parking in Sunway Pyramid and I walked to floor of McD, yeah I got a bit lost to go the Sunway Resort. I went into parking lot and took a lift from there, then walked out from Pyramid Hotel to use their link to walk over Sunway Resort. :D

I signed up for the Avene workshop, it was afternoon session because my friend's in the morning session. I opt to change it to morning. The time is shorter compare to afternoon session. They you go see in the picture Rabiatul Adawiyah with me. :D

 So much to learn in the Avene workshop I am happy to be part of it! Grace in the left pinky girl is using the mask on neck instead of face! Yes same goes to Amelin because they have got makeup. Yes neck is important too just like our face! Don't waste the mask, hehe..

 Last but not least a picture of Jaclyn, she's from Avene and she's the one been spamming my mail box. LOL.
