Motherhood Baby Warehouse Sale @Viva Mall

It's my first time to go Viva Mall at Jalan Loke Yew, Cheras. My dear use the waze to go to this shopping mall before that I check on the Internet for the image how outside the shopping mall looks like, thanks to my dear that he send us there right after get Sean from tuition. You can check out the video which I have taken many pictures of the warehouse to upload it. But it's not all the items I snap at the warehouse sales, they have toys for sale too.

Many choices of baby products to choose from. Tomorrow is the last day of Motherhood Baby Warehouse sales. Just sharing the tips of shopping with you, better to bring along your family member who don't mind to queue for paying at cashier. I was thinking the longer I see the longer the queue would be.

Yesterday the first day of baby warehouse sale and it was quite a long queue to pay for the items. Some folks have decided to come back other time because the queue was too long. I thought the queue going inside was long, til I was inside the warehouse saw the queue for paying. I didn't want to go back again as I didn't stay nearby. So the day I have queue 1.5 hours to pay for the items I bought.

I didn't register for the free goodie bag as I saw long queue at the entrance sign up to get one.  There's good deal on the storage boxes which I didn't grab as I am using normal paper boxes at home. Backpacks are available there and I spotted one that is nice which can be use for hanging at the stroller. It has the extra straps at the backpack for hanging, which normal backpack we have didn't have the straps like that.

The breastfeeding bra are affordable, many maternity woman are shopping for this before deliver their baby. Baby skincare products are available and also detergent for baby clothes. Just take your time to shop if you have lot of time. I was there for more than 3 hours as after shopping we went to have lunch and my dear shop some clothes for the boys.

Great place to shop for baby gifts too, baby diapers just few brands available. I saw some skincare products of Singapore selling there too.

Last Saturday, I attended the launched of Genki! New Diaper Pants at Sunway Pyramid ice skating rink. The launch was held on Mother's Day. In celebrating the women devote their time and affection to their little bundle of joy, Oji Asia Household Products Sdn Bhd. honoured Malaysian mothers in a fun-filled launch and roadshow event. During which, mothers were introduced to the all-new Genki! Pants with amazing cloud-like softness diaper pants. 

The launched, officiated by the Managing Director and Regional Marketing Director of Oji Asia Household Product, Mr Michael Chew and Ms Lim Hooi Yin. To enliven this special occasion, the company had invited celebrity mum Serena C as the event host, joined by friends and fellow starlet mums Diana Danielle and DJ Gan Mei Yan for a light-hearted sharing session on the tips and tricks of parenting.

When asked by event host Serena C what does a mother look for in a quality diaper, celebrity mum Diana replied, "After trying out different brands of diapers in the market, I would go for one that offers the softness feel and has great absorbency. I have some friends that are pregnant and they are looking to shop for baby products. It's good as new parent will need to purchase nursing cover and breast pads. Breastfeeding is good for baby and new mom may need to use the disposable breast pads due to engorgement or leakage of milk. 

Being mommy of two boys, I experienced the engorgement and leakage of breast milk. It's important to use the disposable breast pads to absorb the leakage of milk. Sometimes when you are outside you tend to forgot to bring the breast pump or stuck in jams, its good to use the disposable breast pads to avoid any inconvenience.

As every parent holds their new-born infant, the overwhelming feeling of unconditional love and care envelopes the child the moment the baby is held in their arms. What’s more, the smile of the baby brings a sweet and warm joy to the parents knowing that their precious child is happy, feeling safe and protected.  Nonetheless, deriving the reason behind the smile of the baby is what pulls experts at Aprica and Graco to engineer simple modern solutions to best enrich every family's journey to make safety the child's companion, inside and outside.

To ensure that infants grow happily in a safe environment, there are little things which parents can do to protect them from the more serious injuries that can lead to disabilities and even fatalities. For instance, the increase in car accidents involving infants and children every year is a dreadful reality which highlights the issue of child safety.

A crash test analysis conducted by the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS) in 2010 revealed that an adult passenger will not have the required strength to prevent an infant or a child from being thrown forward during a collision at any speed applied. More frighteningly, at a vehicle driving at the speed of a mere 50km per hour, an unsecured infant weighing 7.0kg will actually be thrown forward at a powerful force of 240kg/sq², which is an equivalent impact of an adult falling from a five-storey building. These numbers reveal that infants are the most vulnerable passengers and a high percentage of children in Malaysia were unfortunately killed during road accidents; more than any other causes known to date.

With this in mind, Kinderdijk Sdn Bhd launched a one-week Child Safety Roadshow Campaign that centres on Kinderdijk’s commitment to strongly remind parents and guardians to be wary and to take all necessary precautions to safeguard their children’s safety. The roadshow held from 14^th to 20^thOctober 2013 in Mid Valley Megamall, also showcased a line of Aprica and Graco child safety car seats, strollers, baby carriers and travel systems, all of which are designed in line with the principles of paediatrics and childcare engineering to enhance childcare and create a fun family life.
