Open new account for Syabas

Few days back as my friend has interest go Syabas, Jalan Templer. I follow her to go, her daughter drives. Her daughter and youngest daughter has 9 years age gap. I need to open new account for the Syabas, you can read the link for details.

Because my friend need to rush back by 3pm to get her daughter from ballet. I am on my own to go back home. Lucky to have myteksi app on phone but sad to say there is extra charge of RM3? When I arrived at the destination, the teksi press a button and it jumped to RM17.

At Syabas office if you open new account for water cut, you will need to fill the form. The cost of opening new account is about RM150.

It will take 3 days to connection water. At that time only 2 counters open for new account, another 3 or 4 counters are for billing.

Syabas office is only open Monday to Friday.

5 years old missing boy is Safe!

It is scary to know of this news when I was chatting with a friend in the morning on Facebook. She told me that her friend's friend's kid got kidnapped this morning. Heartbreaking to know of this, apparently the mom was on the way with her 5 years old son to go kindergarten. She was stopped by a man asking for directions. All the sudden the man waving another friend of his him nearby the woman and her child, the man hurry carried the child into the Proton Saga black car.

There was a video too about the kidnapping happening in the morning. The neighbour CCTV captured the kidnapped situation and the mom too was in the car but she was then remove from the car by kidnappers.

It's good to know now the boy is back safe home with his parents. You can see the video above, the Taxi driver send back the kid. I am sure every child would be happy to be back with their parents.

Talking of kindergarten, my 4 yrs old kindergarten has announcement that next year the fee will be RM430 a month, it's been increase by RM100. Thinking of this case, I think continue let my son to study in this kindergarten as the compound has guard house. The guard will check on each car that going in and out of the garden.

Syabas water cut and closed account

I don't know what happened to my sister's apartment. Apparently her tenant didn't pay the water bill and water has cut. The tenant went to Syabas office for payment but it's not enough as the account of my sister's apartment has closed by Syabas. This means that the owner of apartment needs go Syabas office to open the new account, not just bringing photostat IC, they also want a photo copy of S&P.

So now the tenant has no water at home because they didn't go pay the water bill every month. I don't know how they can forget to pay the bill. Everyday you will need to use electric and water. I always make sure that I have make payment of the electric and bill every month as I don't like to owe them any money. I forgot to mention the billed of water owed up to RM500 plus, must be a long time only she goes pay the bill but then after she payment its too late as the water bill account has been cut!

Not just that do you check your Indah Water? Now instead of monthly RM8, there's every month need to pay RM1.55 of 6% GST. So total is RM9.55 monthly for Indah Water.
