I need reboot help..

I have got the disturbing my web search and I need to get rid of it. I don't know how to reboot computer. I only know to use computer and blogging. I know many blogger is better than me. My dear is working late and I am hoping he can fix it for me, as I know it is costly to take the computer for repair it would be above $100. I know there is charges if there is need of repair or not need repair, they will still charge you for a price.

Another sad news is my Entrecard account I cannot login any more. I have over 60,000EC as all blogs under the same account. :(
