Sweet Potato Tuna Cakes
Exciting as school holidays break start next week, if you haven't plan on what to do this school holidays. You can plan to have a nice meal together, perhaps making this fun as parents and children can cook together. Here are two recipes to share with you.

Ayam Brand™ recipes for children this school holidays are Sweet Potato Tuna Cakes, Jacket Potato, Tuna and Avocado Quesadilla, Rosti Crusted Tuna Muffins, Cucur Tuna Berempah, Tuna Cream Cheese Spread, Sauteed Shrimp and Baked Beans, and Baked Beans Sandwich.

Among the featured Ayam Brand™ products are  Ayam Brand™ Baked Beans. The humble baked bean is an excellent source of fiber and protein, helping digestion and promoting better intestinal health, while promoting healthy muscle growth.

Ayam Brand™ selects the best, big northern haricot beans, imported directly from the United States of America for the assurance of consistent quality and taste. The beans are then stewed to perfection so that they maintain their shape, and yet are tender, direct from the can.

Tuna features strongly in the recipes as it is a good source of Omega-3, which is an essential fatty acid that our body cannot produce. Omega-3 may help to prevent coronary heart disease, promote healthy nerve activity, improve vitamin absorption, maintain a healthy immune system and promote cell development. Omega 3 is also important in the development of vision and brain among children. Tuna is also best source of vitamin B3 and B12.

Let the kids in your life prove that they can cook.
